We are happy to be able to offer free delivery for all UK orders. Orders will be dispatched within one working day and sent via Evri's next day service, normally delivered to you in 2-3 days. If you would like a quicker service then please do get in contact before you order and we will be happy to organise.
For our customers based in Ireland, if the value of your order (excluding shipping) is below EUR 150 you will not have to pay any additional taxes or duties.
If you are based in Mainland EU and the value of your order (excluding shipping) is below EUR 150 you will not have to pay any additional taxes or duties.

Prices of all items shown on the site include UK VAT. Orders destined outside of the UK are exempt from paying UK VAT, so for the countries specified above, once you have entered your delivery address and proceeded to checkout, VAT will be deducted from the cost of your order.
Where delivery is to a country other than the UK, please be aware that customs, duties, tariffs or taxes may be levied on the ordered products. You may also be required to provide additional customs information to clear your order. Rules vary by country or state, and are subject to change, so please do check with your local customs office if in doubt.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary, particularly during busy periods. But our aim is to get you your order as soon as we possibly can!

Returns & Exchanges
We understand it can be tricky getting the size right shopping online during pregnancy, so if you need to exchange sizes we want to make the process as convenient as possible for you.
If you would like to exchange a product, please email us at hello@caricollection.com to start the process and we will send you a prepaid form.
As a small new business we are not currently able to offer free returns, thus, the cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Our returns policy is 14 days from the order being delivered. All products must be returned in the original condition, new, unused, with tags and in original CARI packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. It can take up to 7 days from receipt of the item for your refund to be processed on to your card.
Please make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package, you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We suggest using a tracked service to ensure delivery of your item. CARI cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
